When joining at the Star Seed level, you'll have access to a live & recorded Plant Spirit Meditation each month. Through this incredibly nourishing, heart opening and relaxing experience, you'll connect to the energy of the plant and learn to tune into deeper levels of listening, observation and trust as you experience the first point of connection in creating relationship with our beloved plant allies.
When joining at the Nourish Root Level, you will receive access to the membership portal, with the monthly Plant Spirit Meditation, Guest Speakers and access to the Movement Library where various members of our school teach a variety of different types of movement classes (dance, yoga, intuitive movement, etc) meant to root us into our bodies, open and enliven our hearts, move our circulation and lymph and relax our nervous system.
